Delivery Questions

What’s your delivery fee?

Answer: All on-demand deliveries are $5.99. Keg deliveries are $14.99 and event deliveries are $24.99 plus a 5% service fee. All deliveries are free for members.

What are your delivery hours?

Answer: We are open for delivery six days a week, Tuesday through Sunday. Our hours are Noon – 10:00pm on Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday, Noon – 11:00pm on Friday & Saturday, and Noon-6pm on Sunday.

What areas do you deliver to?

Answer: Our on-demand delivery area is Raleigh, Cary, Morrisville and the southern Wake county region but we will deliver outside of our region for events and weddings.

How do I know if you deliver to my area?

Answer: We have two options for customers to check if they live within our delivery radius. In the center of the homepage, just below the main headline, you’ll see a little input box with the title "Check to see if we deliver to you." Enter your zip code in the box and click enter to see if we deliver to your area. The second option is on the cart screen just before checkout. We’ll ask for your state and zip code again to double check that you live within our delivery radius.

What if none of our available delivery days and times work for you but you would still like to utilize our services?

Answer: Shoot us a line on our contact page or call the office (919) 706-5166 and we will work something out that fits your schedule.

Is there an additional service fee for purchases or deliveries?

Answer: On-demand and keg deliveries do not have a service fee, only tax when applicable. Event deliveries have a 5% service fee.

Return Policy Questions

What is your return policy for purchased products?

Answer: Products must be unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging in order to be returned.

Do I need a copy of my receipt to make a return?

Answer: Nope! We have a copy of your receipt in our system.

Does the delivery fee cover returns?

Answer: Yes but only if you were delivered the wrong item or a damaged product. The delivery fee covers any additional trip to your location to deliver the correct product or recover the damaged one.

If I ordered the wrong product, do I have to swing by the office to make the return or does the delivery fee cover an additional delivery?

Answer: If you ordered the wrong product, you can either place another order and we will exchange the wrong product for the correct one or you will need to stop by our physical office in order to process your return. Our office is located at 313 US 70, Suite G, Garner, NC 27529.

If I am a member, do I have to place another order or swing by the office to return my product?

Answer: Nope! Your membership covers all deliveries and returns. Let us know if/when you would like to make a return and we’ll send someone to exchange or recover the item. Items must be unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging in order to be returned.

Can I return a keg?

Answer: Unfortunately, no. All keg sales are final.

Can I exchange a keg?

Answer: Yes! If you have any quality issues with the keg, not limited to but including poor pressure, under/over-carbonation, or off-flavors, we will happily exchange your keg for the same keg or another keg of equal value.

Can I exchange a keg for multiple individual products like 6-packs of beer or bottles of wine up to the same monetary value?

Answer: Sorry but kegs can only be exchanged for kegs.

Account Questions

Do you have to create an account or be a member to place an order?

Answer: Nope! Anyone can place an order if they're over the legal drinking age.

How do I create an account?

Answer: At the top of the homepage, in the menu bar, there's a big red and white button on the right side that says "Create Account." Click on that and fill out your information to create your account.

How do I log into my account?

Answer: At the top of the homepage, in the menu bar, there's a big white and red button on the right side next to "Create Account" that says "Log In." Click on that and enter your username or email address and password and click the blue button that says "login."

Does creating an account cost any money?

Answer: Nope! They’re free.

What if I’ve lost my account password?

Answer: To reset your password, either click on the “Log In” button or the “My Account” option in the top menu bar. Then scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the blue “Lost your password?” link. Please follow the steps from there to reset your password.

Legal Questions

Do you have to be over 21 years of age in order to place an order?

Answer: Yes.

Does the same person who placed the order have to sign for it as well?

Answer: Nope! Anyone over the legal drinking age with an accepted form of identification in the state of North Carolina may sign for the delivery.

Does someone over the age of 21 have to be present or sign for the order?

Answer: Yes to both of those questions! Someone over the age of 21 with a viable form of identification for alcoholic purchases in the state of North Carolina must sign for the delivery. Identification must be available upon delivery for inspection before the products will be delivered. Our delivery drivers withhold the right to decline the sale if the signee displays visible signs of intoxication or if the driver fears for their safety or the safety of others.

What happens if an order is placed but no one over the legal drinking age is available to sign for the delivery or if the person is visibly over the legal drinking age but is unable to locate their identification?

Answer:If no one of legal drinking age is available to sign or if the necessary identification to affirm the signee is over the required age is unavailable, the driver will retain possession of the ordered products. We will then contact you and attempt one more delivery. After two declined deliveries, the full order amount will be refunded minus the delivery fee.

Can our delivery driver deny our delivery?

Answer: Yes. Our delivery drivers withhold the right to decline the sale if the signee displays visible signs of intoxication, if the driver fears for their safety or the safety of others, or if there are numerous visibly underage guests at the delivery location.

Inventory Questions

Do you take special requests?

Answer: Yes! Getting you the product you want is our bread and butter. Please fill out our special request form near the bottom of our homepage and let’s find what you’re looking for, together. There is a two case minimum for beer special requests and a one case minimum for wine.

Do you carry other alcoholic beverages other than beer?

Answer: Yes! We’ve got a little something for everyone. Wine, ciders, gluten free, and hard sodas.

Do you carry any non-alcoholic beverages?

Answer: We only carry one non-alcoholic ginger beer and one non-alcoholic sparkling brut in our on-demand store at the moment. However, we will be expanding our non-alcoholic inventory soon.

Do your products arrive cold or at room-temperature?

Answer: Products ordered from the Featured Cold Beer & Wine section on the homepage will be delivered cold while all other products will be delivered at room-temperature. We’re sorry for the inconvenience this may cause. We are currently working to include our entire inventory with a cold option in the near future.

Keg Questions

Are kegs available for purchase through your service?

Answer: Yes! Please, check out our keg request button near the bottom of the homepage and the membership page. Complete and submit that form to place a keg request. Once the form is submitted, someone will respond to your request within one business day. Keg orders must be placed a minimum of 2 weeks before the desired delivery date. Kegs requested for a date that is less than two weeks away will be subject to a rush fee of $14.99 that will be automatically applied to the invoice in addition to the aforementioned delivery fee. Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will contact you to confirm and place the order. Then we will send an invoice through our Square POS to the email associated with the order to be paid at your leisure either from your phone or computer. Please be advised that keg orders must be paid for in advance prior to delivery. There is a keg deposit of $50.00 per keg and a flat keg delivery fee of $14.99. The delivery fee includes delivery and pick-up. Orders containing 3 or more kegs will be subject to an event delivery rate. If you would like to pick up a keg instead of having it delivered, the sale can be competed upon pick up and the delivery fee will be waived. However, the purchaser must fill out a keg transport form in accordance with NC 18B-403.1 to transport a keg.

Can I still place a keg order if I need it delivered in less than two weeks?

Answer: Yes! You’re more than welcome to place a keg order for a delivery date that is less than two weeks away. You will however be charged a rush fee of $14.99 that is automatically applied to the order in addition to the delivery fee.

Are keg accessories like party taps and keg tubs available for rent?

Answer: Yes! We have party taps, keg tubs, coolers, and ice available for purchase and rent. Taps, tubs, and coolers are available to rent for $9.99 each. A fully refundable $50.00 deposit will be applied to the order for each tap, tub, or cooler rented.

Does the initial keg delivery fee cover additional keg related deliveries? For example, my keg was delivered but I forgot to rent a keg tub.

Answer: Additional deliveries, not limited to but including keg accessories, will be charged a delivery fee of $5.99 for each subsequent delivery.

Can I exchange a keg previously purchased from another retailer in order to avoid paying a keg deposit?

Answer: We only exchange and transfer keg deposits between kegs previously purchased from Priority Draft. We do not exchange nor accept kegs as deposits that were purchased previously from a different retailer.

Is it possible to pay only one delivery fee if multiple kegs are ordered by different people but delivered at the same time to the same location?

Answer: Unfortunately, no. Each keg purchased by a separate person will require a separate keg delivery fee of $14.99 even if it is delivered to the same location at the same time.

Is there a minimum time window to place a keg order?

Answer: Yes! We ask that you place your keg requests a minimum of two full weeks before your desired delivery date.

Membership Questions

How do I purchase a membership?

Answer: At the top of the website, in the menu bar, you see an option that says “Memberships.” Click on that and you’ll have four different membership payment options to choose from. Pick the one that you would like to purchase and click the “Sign Up Now” button below your chosen payment option. Then click “View Cart” to complete your purchase or continue shopping in our store. You must first purchase the membership separately in order to receive free delivery.

Are there sign up fees when purchasing a membership?

Answer: Nope! No sign up fees. Just tax.

Are membership fees a one-time charge or are they recurring?

Answer: Our month-to-month, $14.95 membership is set to renew every month on your purchase date. Unless you cancel or suspend your membership before it is set to renew, you will be charged for that month. Please refer to the next question for instructions on how to cancel/suspend your account. All other membership pricing options: the 3 month, 6 month, and 12 month memberships are one-time charges that expire after the subscription duration has ended. We will send you an email when your membership is about to expire letting you know it is time to renew.

Does my membership cover event or other deliveries as well?

Answer: Yes! Members are exempt from rush, event, or any other additional delivery fees beyond their initial membership purchase as long as their membership is still active. All deliveries for members are included in their membership.

Can I cancel my membership?

Answer: Yes! You can cancel or suspend your membership at any time by logging into your account. Visit the "My Account" page, once there click on the "Subscriptions" link in the grey sidebar and your subscription will pop up. Click the view button beside your subscription and you will be brought to a page with a suspend button and cancel button. Once your subscription is canceled or suspended you will no longer receive benefits but you will keep your account and any coupons you have accrued. You'll be able to reactivate your subscription in the same page. You are allowed to suspend your membership once a month.

Can I purchase a membership as a gift for someone else?

Answer: Yes! To purchase a membership as a gift, go to the membership’s webpage and click “Sign up now” to add the desired membership to your cart. Then, on the cart page under the desired membership product, click the check box next to “Click here if this is a gift” and fill in the recipient’s email address. The gift recipient’s email address is required to send the gifted membership.

Event Delivery Questions

Can you delivery beverages for large events?

Answer: Yes! We’ll deliver to any event, office party, wedding, tailgate, etc. no matter the size.

What is the event delivery rate?

Answer: The event delivery rate is $24.99 plus a 5% service fee.

When will I be charged an event delivery rate?

Answer: Any order that is comprised of 3 or more kegs, 6 cases of beer, or 4 cases of wine respectively will be charged the event delivery rate. Any order comprised of any combination of the aforementioned products, with a total amount of 6 or more individual cases or kegs will be charged the event delivery rate as well.

Do you offer event bartending services?

Answer: No, we do not offer bartending services at the current moment but we provide pretty much everything else excluding glassware.
